We require this to be done so we are aware specifically of what has been ordered, can communicate with you upon shipment of the order and answer questions about the order should you have any, and enable you (the customer) to accurately submit your Order and payment with the directions you are provided upon purchase. Q: How do I find a grille for my vehicle on your website? A: Select the Make, Model and Year of your vehicle and click "Search." Q: What shipping method is used? A: Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground and upon shipment customers are e-mailed a UPS issued tracking number directly from UPS. In some cases, orders are shipped directly from our distributors via UPS or FedEx. International shipments are sent via U.S.Postal Service Air Mail and Tracking Numbers are NOT available. Q: How do I place an order using PayPal? A: To pay with your PayPal account through our secure server during checkout: Select the radial button beside "PayPal" on the "Secure Checkout" screen. Q: What material is the grille fabricated from? A: Please refer to the manufacturer link for each particular product. (Click on company logo for the product you are interested in). Q: What is the Shipping & Handling cost? A: We charge a flat $12.99 Shipping & Handling charge in the Continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is a flat $17.99. Everywhere else in the world is $29.99. Q: How do I choose a style color or type? A: If this option is available, simply select the radial button next to your selection on the Product Display screen. Q: What is your Return and Exchange Policy? A: We have a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! All returns MUST be received within 30 days from date of delivery in order for a refund or exchange to be issued. Also, a 25% re-stocking fee is assessed for Returned items. Shipping & Handing fees are non-refundable. When you place an order, you must check a Sales Agreement box that has each customer agree to terms of sale, including our Return Policy. We make absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS on returns, unless the order is delivered damaged or is lost. Note regarding Special Ordered items: Some products are special-ordered from our distributor and cannot be returned since they were a special-order item. A: We state a 1 to 3 week ship time for all domestic shipments. In most cases it should only take about a week to ship but PLEASE BE PATIENT since many items are special-ordered thru Distributors. (Special-ordered items could take longer than three weeks to ship). ALL international customers should allow extra time for their order to arrive since it must pass through Customs and is sometimes even shipped by boat. Therefore, please consider that while we may have shipped your order, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for the courier ship time, Customs, etc. If you have not received your order AFTER 8 weeks, please e-mail us and we will be sure to resolve the situation. A: You may add each of the separate pieces to your shopping cart before checkout. Q: Is expedited or overnight shipping available? A: We are sorry, but NO expedited shipping is available and we stand by the listed 1 to 3 week ship time. There are no exceptions made regarding this. Q: When do you charge a Credit Card for an order? A: Because we need to fabricate and assemble products or place an order thru a Distributor, your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing the order. Q: What happens if I need to cancel an order? A: CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! If the order is in a "pending" credit card status thru our online merchant, we can void it and no fee would be assessed for cancellation. If an order is in process (wth the exception of a non-Grille Tech manufactured item) and has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and a 5% Cancellation Fee will be assessed for ALL cancelled orders. If any order was ordered thru one of our distributors (ex. GrillCraft, Precision, Carriage Words, etc. ) and in is in process or in transit, we will be unable to cancel it. Q: Can I place an order over the phone? A: We are sorry, but we do not have a Call Center nor take phone orders. All orders must be placed online. Since we offer different payment options, you have options such as mailing your payment if you do not wish to place an order online (please follow appropriate instructions to place a Money Order order). Q: What are your hours? A: We are open Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m EST. All e-mails are answered within 24 to 48 hours. We are, however, closed on Sunday's and all National Holidays. A: Some applications may require the removal of the front plate; however, with small modifications the front plate may be used (always check local laws).
